Overview

Zephril is a rogue with semi-recognized psychic powers and a crippling gambling addiction (and Bali's player character in Make DnD). Their psychic abilities often get them into trouble, as they have not yet learned how to control them properly. Currently, they are on the run from the Orc Mafia after cheating them out of a ton of money.

Personality and Relationships

Zephril is clever and resourceful with a tendency to dream up elaborate schemes on the spot. From an outward perspective, they often appear to be dumber than they actually are (it is a deep, dark secret that they were an honors student in business school before dropping out), which helps them to gain others' trust. However, they often get in over their head or fail to properly consider what will happen after they successfully execute their plots. They are stubborn and won't give up until they get what they want. As evidenced by their gambling problem, they have a very addictive personality.

Along with Sai, Voge, Asotho, and Calliope, Zephril runs various errands for Sal Mon. Their best friend in the party is Sai; they frequently rope him into their antics. Zephril and Asotho clearly dislike each other. While Asotho usually just stews in his own silent resentment, Zephril seems to take a sick pleasure in tormenting him.

Zephril's only known family member is their father, whom they are often at odds with. He concealed their family's criminal history from them in order to protect the integrity of his horse insurance business and forced them to go to business school. Their mother died in childbirth.

Appearance

Zephril is a pink tiefling with purple hair. Their thick, messy hair is shaved on the sides with the rest tied off in the back. Their prehensile tail splits into two at the end, topped with tufts of purple fur. Due to an unfortunate encounter with the Orc Mafia, their right horn is broken. They have several peircings and a ratty looking mustache. They are around 6'0" with a lean, muscular figure.
